ELM's business is managed by a diverse group of industry experts, responsible for planning, growing, monitoring, and evaluating its business activities. The effectiveness of this structure is evidenced by its ability to attract and maintain long-standing client relationships, as well as by the measured satisfaction of the healthcare providers who utilize ELM's programs.

Steve Pelletier – Vice President, Sales and Business Development
Steve has been with ELM since 2006. He is responsible for nationwide sales, marketing, and business development initiatives for ELM. He also helps identify marketplace opportunities for new and existing products. Steve holds a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a B.A. in English and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Prior to ELM, Steve held positions with Prudential Healthcare, Mercer Consulting, and The Hartford.

Caty House – Director of Education
Caty joined the ELM editorial staff in 2010 and now directs the ELM faculty, editorial and instructional design team in the development of courses that support andragogical principles, engage healthcare providers with different learning styles, and maximize the benefits of both the specialty-specific and interdisciplinary online learning experience. In order to ensure ELM’s courses address both the professional practice gaps of ELM learners and emerging patient safety and professional liability risks, Caty is committed to designing and delivering assessment tools that enable ELM to garner learner analytics that both effectively forecast risk and reveal attitudinal factors that preclude behavior modification and/or openness to change. In 2014, Caty earned a graduate degree in Patient Safety, Error Science and Full Disclosure from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Kansas, where she completed a practicum as a writing consultant and earned a B.A. in Humanities.
